Good morning senator. I will show you the library. First I will show you how to make a book. Before books were made on long scrolls made of papyrus. It is kind of paper. It was hard to fold scrolls out and in. We had to create the book. We flick thru the pages fast and we save hours. It easier to carry a few books then a bundle of scrolls. You should try it. Next I will show you who comes to our school. Only the boys that are rich go to school. They start going to school at six years old. The teacher beats them if they don’t remember their lessons. The teacher is a slave named a pedagogue. Girls don’t go to school they get taught by their mom. Thank you senator for letting me show you the library and school.
